Employee Spotlight

Hello, my name is Rob Wood, and I am honored to be chosen as this month's employee spotlight. I have served the district for just over 18 years and am grateful for all the relationships built and opportunities over the years. I started out as a Maintenance worker and helped build the wastewater department to what it is today. Now I am proud to be on the Operations and Maintenance crew. I believe in providing the best water and wastewater services in a dependable and economically resposible manner. What helps me achieve this is accountability, transparency, and teamowork. I wouldn't be able to do any of this without daily communication and collaboration with my team and support and feedback from management. When I go to work every day, my faith and family is my motivation to keep going and be the best I can be. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids by camping at the beach, attending church, watching our daughter's volleyball and softball games, and our son's soccer and football games. I look forward to the many projects we have planned and for what the future holds for me here at CVWD. Thank you to everyone for their support.
